This is it. Service Design Thinking is a multi-disciplinary approach to service design. Service Design has become somewhat of a buzzword in recent years, attracting a lot of attention from a variety of industries. This book was put together using the same co-creative and user-centered methodologies that you can read and learn about within to define and demonstrate the developing topic of service design. The lines between goods and services are blurring, and it's time to consider a new approach: service design thinking.

To create this book, a group of 23 international authors and even more online contributors from the global service design community pooled their knowledge, experience, and passion. It presents service design thinking in a way that is understandable to novices and students, broadens knowledge, and can be used as a resource by experienced designers.
